Quality Design and Manufacturing

Clark Filter Cartridges are designed to meet and/or exceed O.E.M. specifications for construction and operation.  Quality assurance is provided from concept to finished product.

Clark Filter is ISO 9001:2000 Registered.

Raw materials, work in process and finished products are thoroughly inspected to assure that the customer receives the highest quality product possible.

Quality Construction Features

Metal component surfaces are finished to ensure resistance to caustic and abrasive environmental conditions.

  • Expanded inner and outer retainers are 72% open to provide significant structural integrity while minimizing restriction of air flow.
  • End caps are galvanized to prevent oxidation in normal conditions as well as resist deterioration in severe environments.  Optional materials, such as stainless steel, are also available.
  • Polyisoprene, neoprene and silicone gaskets are available, as required, to meet specific application requirements.

Standard Media Compositions:

  • Our standard cellulose-polyester blended media will address a majority of applications while providing an efficiency and performance level equal to most stringent requirements where ultra fine or abrasive particulate exists.  The blended medias provide high strength, durability and extremely high efficiency (99.999% on .5 microns)
  • Synthetic medias are designed for applications where high temperature (275°F), chemical or extraordinarily harsh environmental conditions exist.  Synthetic medias are available in a polyester fiberglass blend, spun bonded polyester with aluminized finish and spun bonded polyester with a PTFE membrane laminated to the media surface to increase efficiency and enhance dust release.
